Scope of work and more detailed deliverables: • Review of all relevant documents that will be used to inform the Request for Funding and the detail required for the section on the finance landscape and co-financing, the Funding Landscape Table and budgets for the programmes described in the RFF. Proposals are hereby requested from qualified and experienced Stadium Operators for the following: Management, operation, maintenance, masterplan development and marketing of the Mbombela, Kabokweni, and Kanyamazane Stadia on behalf of the City of Mbombela for 60 months. Specifications: The Stadium Operator to be appointed by the municipality will manage, operate, maintain and promote the Stadia. The Operator will also be responsible to conceptualize and implement the stadia Masterplans. The Stadium Operator will act as the municipality's agent in the day-to-day operations of the Stadia and Stadia Infrastructure. The appointed Operator shall be obliged to operate and maintain the Stadia Infrastructure in accordance with industry best practice standards and in compliance with all applicable legislation.
