Expressions of interest are hereby invited for the detailed technical studies of the hydro agricultural perimeter, the water retention of the aqua-park, the municipal solar power plant, including the re-profiling of the drainage network and the watercourse. Specifications: These services consist of two (02) lots: - Lot 01: Recruitment of design offices to carry out six (06) detailed technical studies of the hydro-agricultural perimeter, the water park's water reservoir, and the solar power plant, including the reshaping of the drainage network and the watercourse, - Lot 02: Recruitment of a design office/firm to carry out detailed hydrogeological studies, at exceptional flow rates, of the market gardening boreholes in the hydro-agricultural perimeter of the peri-urban area of sectors No. 3 and No. 5 of Banfora. Tenders are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for the design, engineering, equipment supply, installation, commissioning of solar PV power system and post handover support and maintenance to the Client for a period of three (3) years. Scope: The project shall be a turnkey full-scope EPC that includes design, engineering, equipment supply, installation, commissioning, successful handover of a complete, functional Hybrid Solar PV power system. The Hybrid Solar PV power system shall be comprised of 200kW peak roof-top solar panels, 200kW Hybrid Inverter, and a storage Lithium-ion battery with two (2) hours of backup power capacity. The system shall comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards, its aftermarket support and maintenance for a period of three years from the date of handover. The system handover will be accepted by the Client after all administrative and technical issues have been rectified and the system is operational. The Hybrid Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system shall be configured to supply the NNR Head Office with solar energy during the day as the preferred power source. The system shall optimally combine energy from solar panels, municipal grid, and batteries to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the Client building at all times. When solar power is not available, the supply shall be sourced from the battery bank. When the battery bank reaches minimum capacity, the supply should be sourced from the municipal electricity grid. If all other sources are not available, the system shall send a start signal to the diesel generator (300kVA, 400V) for it to start and supply power to the loads and charge the batteries. The diesel generator must operate as a last resort on all scenarios.

National Off-Grid Rural Electrification Master Plan: - Prioritize areas for electrification based on socio-economic factors and potential for development; - Evaluate suitable electrification technologies (grid extension, mini-grids, solar home systems) for different regions; - Develop a detailed investment plan, including cost estimates and potential funding sources.
